to the Spanish print media signing as Jimmy Burns Maranon.
His contributions have included articles for El Mundo on
the British Royal Family, Princess Diana, The Beatles, Maradona,
Beckham, and Margaret Thatcher.

Jimmy Burns is a regular visitor to Amsterdam where he contributes
to the Dutch football literary magazine Hard Gras. Edited
by Henk Spaan and Matthijs can Nieuwkerk, the magazine draws
in the best and most original writing on the game from around
the world. The magazine inspired an English equivalent called
Perfect Pitch which was edited by Simon Kuper.
